Kiki was born in Albuquerque, NM and grew up in a small rural town called Edgewood. After graduating high school in 2010, he attended the University of New Mexico with a concentration in Marketing. In 2013, Kiki moved to Los Angeles to work in the film industry as an actor and writer. Living in LA gave Kiki the opportunity to shadow big-time real estate investors in the Los Angeles area and found a strong passion for real estate.

In 2016, Kiki and his fiance moved back to New Mexico and started a career in residential redevelopment. Right out of the gate, they were recognized as Rookie of the Year by Albuquerque's local association (GAAR) with just 6 month under their belt. Their love and drive for their community help them expand while supporting NM Feed Kids and many local small businesses.

In 2019, Kiki, and his now wife, Kristina, opened Simply Real Estate. Currently, Simply is home to over 100 brokers in Albuquerque and a few surrounding cities. Kiki has utilized his passion of marketing and leadership to coach and mentor small business owners and brokers. In doing so, he met Steve Chavez, owner and master developer of Mesa Del Sol, and created a strategic partnership to grow that community. In doing so, we recognized a unique opportunity to serve our community, grow local businesses and build New Mexico's newest and best development.

In 2021, Kiki brought multiple businesses, a Brewery & Grocery Store to the Mesa and is already in progress of bringing more businesses to the newly built office spaces in the Aperture Building.
