Kiki & Kristina Salcido are the Owners of K2 with Simply Real Estate which now has 8 agents with 2 admin/personnel. Within their first 6 months of business in 2017, they were recognized for their innovation and high sales volume and were named Rookie of the Year by the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) closing over $3M in sales with 14 closed properties.
In 2018, K2 was named one of the top 10 Real Estate Teams with RE/Max within the state of New Mexico and was awarded Most Units Sold with over $10M in sales and 50 properties bought and sold.
In 2019, Kiki & Kristina opened their own brokerage alongside their mentor and business partner, Carrie Traub. Simply Real Estate is already gaining momentum to be the fastest growing brokerage in the state with now 90+ Agents in just 2 years of business! Kiki & Kristina totaled about 75 homes sold with close to $17M in sales in 2019.
In 2020, K2 dove into Commercial Real Estate & Development with landing a strategic partnership with the owners of Mesa del Sol. K2 was entrusted with selling the Aperture Building which is the heart of Mesa Del Sol.
In 2021, K2 successfully closed 114 properties and over $26M in sales. They successfully brought a Brewery, Medical Group & Grocery Store to the growing Mesa Del Sol Community.
2022, K2 created it's first expansion team, K2 East Mountains, where they enlisted speciality agents for Farm & Ranch and Rural Property sales!
